RMA iQ, Feith’s system agnostic electronic records management system (ERMS), is the only ERMS to achieve full NARA Universal Electronic Records Management (UERM) compliance managing Google records objects. Whether you’re creating presentations on Google Slides, writing key business documents in Google Docs, or working with spreadsheets on Google Sheets, RMA iQ can capture and manage all records created in the Google suite.
Once a file is created or uploaded in Google, RMA iQ automatically activates. RMA iQ integrates with Google Drive to capture and store records in a centralized records repository. The system captures all the record’s data from Google Drive, including its attachments, metadata, and documentation.
During capture, RMA iQ automatically converts records from proprietary Google file types to commonly used file types. For example, when a user creates a presentation in Google Slides, RMA iQ automatically captures the presentation, converts it to a standard .pptx, and adds it to the repository. This ensures accessibility and usability.
In the repository, records are automatically indexed and categorized based on NARA’s General Records Schedule and the agency’s specific Record Control Schedules. When a record reaches its scheduled disposition, RMA iQ notifies the designated Records Manager for approval and executes forensic-level deletion. Records eligible for historical preservation are automatically packaged and transferred to NARA.

The system indexes records according to user-defined values, and provides advanced search functionality (e.g., Wildcard, Boolean, Phrase, Proximity, and more). This way users can rapidly access the records they need for retrieval or holds.

Automated Lifecycle Management:
RMA iQ utilizes both rule-based and AI-driven technologies to automate retention and disposition processes. By automatically categorizing records into their appropriate retention schedules according to NARA’s General Records Schedules (GRS) or agency-specific Record Control Schedules (RCS), the platform ensures precise compliance with federal regulations. Once records are categorized, automated workflows initiate approval processes for their disposition and deletion, streamlining operations and reducing the burden of manual management.
