Feith Systems is excited to announce its partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to implement its RMA iQ platform for enterprise-wide electronic records management (ERM). This collaboration represents a significant milestone for USAID, as the agency transitions to a centralized Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) that will automate and streamline records management in compliance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) guidelines.
USAID operates across a global footprint, producing vast amounts of electronic information in formats like documents, forms, sheets, and slides, within Google Workspace and legacy systems. To modernize and efficiently manage this content, Feith will implement RMA iQ, which is designed to automate the full lifecycle of records—from creation to final disposition—while ensuring adherence to federal records management policies.
Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and Call Order Execution
Feith Systems will execute this project under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract with USAID. As part of this BPA, Feith will handle multiple call orders over time as USAID identifies requirements. The first call order centers around the implementation of the ERMS, which will integrate with Google Workspace—including Gmail, Google Drive, and other tools—using Feith’s out-of-the-box (OOTB) connector to capture records directly from their primary source. In addition, Feith will perform a backfile migration from USAID’s legacy systems to ensure a unified approach to records management across the agency’s infrastructure.
